There are two types of people in this world: those that eat to live, and those that live to eat.
Juhi Rastogi is a third kind, she lives to feed. Why? Because seeing her friends and family eat anything that doesn’t match her standards throws her off the edge. If you’re going to eat, eat well, nothing less.
Juhi’s inspiration for food was born from travelling with her family — from the U.S. to Italy and Dubai — she packs away authentic flavors in her suitcase to bring home and share. In a culinary scene where everything is being Indian-ized, Juhi strives to recreate local flavors found from foreign streets to hidden markets.
This journey began when she first learned to fry with her grandmother at the age of seven. And today, 30 years later, Juhi continues to serve ingenuity across catered and ready-to-eat meals — food you can enjoy, but also share with those around you.
